Terms & Conditions – Ready Set Podcast Manager

By enrolling in Ready Set Podcast Manager (the “Course”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms are a legal agreement between you (“the Participant” or “you”) and The Mic Method, operated by Katie Harris (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing, enrolling, or accessing the Course.

1. Course Access & Support Duration
Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the core course content, for as long as the program is hosted on our current platform (currently ThriveCart Learn). Should the platform or course be retired or migrated, you will be given reasonable notice and options to retain access (e.g. downloads or alternate formats where feasible).

Your purchase also includes 3 months of access to:

1. Monthly group coaching calls

2. Private community space (for connection, support, and Q&A with Katie and other members)

3. Reviews of your edits/content by Katie within these 3 months if requested

These support elements are provided to help you take action, get feedback, and gain momentum in building your podcast management business. After 3 months, continued access to community and coaching is available for €22/month via the Mic Method Membership.

**Legacy Student Access

Students who originally enrolled in Ready Set Podcast Manager via Teachable prior to May 1, 2025, were granted lifetime access to the course program and materials, which you still retain.

As part of that original offer, lifetime access to the private community was also included. However, to maintain the energy and integrity of the space, I’ve invited active engagement and periodically removed inactive members.

If you were removed as part of this cleanup, you’re still very welcome to rejoin the community at any time for €22/month.

Ongoing access to the community space requires respectful and active participation.

2. Nature of the Course
This is a self-paced educational program. You are responsible for consuming the material, implementing strategies, and engaging with available support.

No part of the program guarantees specific outcomes, client results, or income levels. Results vary depending on many factors including your effort, time, background, and market demand.

3. Your Responsibility
You are expected to be an active participant in your learning journey. That includes attending support calls (live or via replay), asking questions in the community, and reaching out when you need help.

You acknowledge that no results are guaranteed. While support is available, you are responsible for your own outcomes and application of the material.

This course does not replace business, legal, or financial advice. You should seek professional support as needed in those areas.

4. Coaching Calls & Community
Coaching calls are scheduled monthly, but exact dates and times are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Calls may be recorded and shared inside the community space for ongoing reference.

You agree not to share confidential details about other participants outside the community.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this program and immediate access to all materials, no refunds are offered under any circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property
All course content, templates, videos, worksheets, and materials are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Katie Harris / The Mic Method.

You are granted a single-user license for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or reproduce any part of the Course without express written permission.

7. Conduct & Community Guidelines
We aim to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all members.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the community or coaching calls without refund if they display disruptive, abusive, or unethical behavior.

You agree to uphold the privacy and confidentiality of others inside the community space.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Course.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Mic Method and Katie Harris from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your actions, use of the content, or interactions in the community.

9. Terms Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or inside the course platform.

10. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
By enrolling in this Course, you agree that we may collect and store limited personal information such as your name, email address, and payment details for the purposes of delivering the program, communicating with you, and maintaining course access. We do not share or sell your data.
